Business Leaders

True business leaders develop a supportive environment where their employees can and able reach their goals.

Employees will follow and support the person they trust to help them flourish and achieve their own personal goals regardless of obstacles. And obstacles unfortunately happen too often.

Of the many studies done on the traits of leaders, two consistently show up without fail:

1. A relentless quest for the truth. No matter how bad things are, they want to know the truth. Don’t bullshit them.

2. Their belief in a fair shake for everyone.

Our leader must be visible, informative, give direction and advice, and have authority. When an employee suspects that his leader will not help or unable to help him reach his goals, the relationship deteriorates.
